Is the NoseFrida safe to use on newborns? Artboard 1

Yes! Invented by a Swedish Pediatric Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor. NoseFrida will suck the boogers right out of your newborn up until they can learn how to blow their own nose.

How often do you need to change the filter? Artboard 1

The Hygiene Filters are clinically proven to stop the transfer of mucus + bacteria. To ensure effectivity of your NoseFrida's cleanliness and sucking power, we recommend changing out the filter after every use.

The hard blue tube is not attaching to the filter cap . . . is it broken? Artboard 1

No! This is actually an easy fix. Before using, make sure that the filter cap snaps into the blue hard tube, you should hear a snap (use a little muscle, don't worry it won't break). Please email us at fussbuster@fridababy.com if you still have any questions.

How often can I use the NoseFrida each day? Artboard 1

We suggest no more than 6 times within a 24 hour period however always check in with your doctor first.

Am I hurting my baby while using the NoseFrida? Artboard 1

No! Although it might cause slight discomfort, NoseFrida is safe for your baby.

I just used the NoseFrida and nothing came out . . am I doing something wrong? Artboard 1

Stubborn mucus alert! If you're having trouble clearing the boogies from baby’s nose, we recommend a few pumps of saline spray to aid with seamless snotsucking.

Any tips for SnotSucking like a pro? Artboard 1

We know that SnotSucking takes some major lung strength. We recommend filling the bathroom with hot steam or going in after a warm bath with some saline spray to help loosen up the mucus and relax your LO for the ultimate SnotSucking sesh! Use one pump in each nostril, wait 30 seconds, then go in.

How do you clean the NoseFrida? Artboard 1

Step 1: Toss the used filter.

Step 2: Take the pieces apart and wash all the parts except the tubing with soap and water.

Step 3: Clean thin tube with a few drops of rubbing alcohol.

Step 4: Firmly snap the dry pieces together, add a new filter and wait for the click.

That’s it! You’re now ready for your next call of snotsuckign duty.

What's the best way to clean the Humidifier? Artboard 1

Step 1: Disconnect + Turn Off your humidifier.

Step 2: Gently remove the base and set aside.

Step 3: TANK: Fill the tank with [ 1 cup] of water and add [1 cup] of [bleach/undiluted white vinegar].

Step 4: TANK: Screw cap back on and let sit for approximately 20 minutes.

Step 5: TANK: After the 20 minutes remove any residue or build-up by gently shaking the mixture back and forth.

Step 6: BASE: Pour a [generous amount] of [undiluted white vinegar] into the base of your cool mist humidifier.

Step 7: BASE: Let sit for 20 minutes. DO NOT submerge the Base into water.

Step 8: BASE: After the 20 minutes remove any residue or build-up by gently scrubbing by using a [soft bristle brush/ soft cloth]. DO NOT scrub or scrape the transducer. Rinse thoroughly.

Step 9: If there is a leftover [bleach/undiluted white vinegar] smell rinse thoroughly using [1 tbsp] of [hydrogen peroxide] and [1 cup] of water.

Step 10: Gently spot clean your 360º Mister and dry all components before placing them back together.

Remember: Clean your humidifier at least once per week and if you are going to store your humidifier for any length of time, be sure to thoroughly clean and dry the unit before storing.
